Holly Lubbock – Director/Camera/Editor

For almost a decade, Holly has been working in the British television industry as a successful editor with some of the UK’s top production companies.  Having co-produced and co-edited the award-winning documentary “Rave Against The Machine’ about the effect of civil war on pop culture in Bosnia, in 2004, she has become committed to giving life to documentaries with humanity as a central theme.  Fezeka’s Voiceis Holly’s first feature-length documentary as director.

Joanne Fishburn – Producer

JoAnne comes from a diverse history in both feature film production and financing as well as documentary film-making. She has worked on projects for leading companies in North America, including HBO and Buena Vista, as well as National Film Board of Canada, History Television and Discovery. All Living Things embraces her passion to poke, provoke and elevate using media and strong storytelling.

Katherine Crawley – Producer

Katherine comes from a background in international press and communications working with third world governments and major corporations. Deeply affected by her experiences, she became involved in socially conscious, politically aware filmmaking and its role as a tool for social change. She has worked with some of the UK’s most well-reputed and promising new directors, scooping a number of awards along the way and, through All Living Things, is part of a new movement of social entrepreneurs using media for outreach and community engagement.

Christopher Hird – Executive Producer

Christo, a founding member of Fulcrum Productions and now Managing Director of Dartmouth Films, is one of the UK’s most experienced documentary and factual producers, having created countless hours of international programming.  Among his most recent credits as executive producer are the BIFA award-winning Black Gold, and critically acclaimed The End of The Line.

Colin Maltby


Colin was originally a lighting designer for international theatre and dance, but then changed direction and is now an international trusts and finance lawyer, working on high level projects worldwide. He is presently director of the in-house legal team at the Stonehage Group, and a key finance, fundraising and development strategist for Ciel Productions and All Living Things.
